for Hair Transplant & Replacement
Get a 15% Grant, to a max. of $2000, for Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) Surgery
Cosmetic Surgery Grants cover 15% to a maximum of $2000 for FUE Transplant Surgery when you book your treatment at a participating hair restoration clinic.
Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) Surgery is one of the most advanced and popular hair restoration surgeries, resulting in natural-looking outcomes.
FUE consists of the surgeon removing single hair follicles from a high hair density area in your scalp and transplanting them into a balding or low hair density area. The hair follicles are removed one by one with micropunches, leaving minimal signs of extraction and no noticeable scarring when you go to an experienced hair transplant surgeon.
FUE Transplant Surgery is sought after due to its minimal scarring when compared to FUT Surgery, leading to more natural-looking results.
Pricing will depend on the number of hair follicles needed to transplant, number of required sessions, and the experience of your hair transplant surgeon.
After your consultation with a participating surgeon, they will recommend the best suited procedure for your desired results and for the best possible outcome.

About the Cosmetic Surgery Grants Program
The Cosmetic Surgery Grants Program connects you with trusted surgeons and covers up to 15%, to a maximum of $2000, of your Follicular Unit Extraction Hair Transplant. There are no claim forms to fill out as the Grant will be automatically deducted from the cost of your procedure.

Other Grant Amounts
Grant amounts are based on the type of procedure you select. The Grant amount for a Hair Transplant or Restoration Surgery is 15% of the cost of your surgery plan, to a maximum of $2000. FUE Transplant Surgery cost will vary depending on your surgeon's expertise and the number of extractions and sessions you will need, which will be determined at the time of your consultation.
You can combine the grant with other procedures.
